During the past year, LIFT has hosted annual events such as the Business and Technology Showcase and the COMET Awards and has had the opportunity to collaborate with new organizations and agencies to present the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program and the Department of Homeland Security Regional Preparation and Preparedness Program. LIFT is working on a number of new initiatives and held a Healthcare and Medical Device Conference on April 4, 2006 resulting in the establishment of healthcare working groups.
LIFT is always looking for ways to foster relationships with other associations, educational institutions and companies on Long Island to bring value and networking opportunities to its members and clients.
