Description:
The DSA SM Certification Program is a holistic foundation program designed to develop, cultivate, and make available the requisite skillsets required to meet the immediate demands and management of the global supply chain system with emphasis on the energy efficient and renewable energy industries. DSA SM is a business model born in the 21st Century in response to 21st Century global needs and is based on a "reality focused" approach using "real world" on- location and hands-on learning techniques to certify candidates in the field of Supply Chain Management.

The DSA SM Certification Program is partitioned into Four (4) Phases:
PHASE I- The power of DSA SM
PHASE II – On-location at a DSA SM Center of Excellence operational facility observing, learning and working in an actual corporation making the transformation to Green Technologies

Description:
This course represents the 4th and final phase of the DSA SM program. Phase I-III are prerequisite's to this exciting Phase IV conclusion of the DSA SM Program.
PHASE IV
The DSA SM Program Challenge - A Role Playing and Case Study Event
This dynamic conclusion of the program will place candidate teams in "real world" challenging scenarios and performance will be evaluated by a panel of Industry experts.
This module will be the final DSA SM module and completion will be considered the exit criteria for this certificate program. The class will be divided into two (2) teams. Each team member will be assigned a role either in the Supply Chain or with the company. Roles will include various disciplines within the operations environment. Each team will be provided with the identical case study (encompassing many of the skills and techniques developed during the DSA SM program) and the teams will be required to prepare a team position statement, present their findings and recommendations to a panel of experts in an executive review using Power Point Presentation charts. Teams will be evaluated based on their creativity, innovation, command of the role play, and results.

This certificate is designed to build job mastery for the practicing construction professional architect, designer, engineer, programmer, or technician. To earn the certificate in AutoCAD 2010, each participant must complete all four courses, which may be taken in different semesters.
